complete Neo4j insertions with the properties of the entity classes

With #1793 an inserted node only carries the properties the failed query compares, so the code after the match runs on missing values. Neo4j has no schema to read them from, but SUTs using Spring Data declare them in their @Node classes.

• Neo4jEntityAnalyzer in the instrumentation reads the @Node classes of the SUT by annotation name
• Neo4jEntityDto, Neo4jEntityPropertyDto and Neo4jEntityRelationshipDto travel in UnitsInfoDto.neo4jEntities
• Neo4jSchema in the core, held by EnterpriseSampler and initialized with the SQL schema
• Neo4jInsertBuilder adds to each node the properties its entity declares and the query did not fix, as free genes bounded by the Java type or restricted to the enum constants; the insertion key still uses the query properties only
• E2E entity/findbyname in spring-rest-neo4j, with a @Node Person whose insertion carries every property
• tests for the analyzer, the DTO mapping and the builder
