This branch is based upon really old history. I think its a good idea to track your progress on the branch but please don't open a PR until you have a demonstratively working prototype. And as always you'll need to rebase your branch. |

My version of PhotonVision that is hopefully functional or near functional
dont mind the really bad comments ill fix those in a bit
