Port the business release/20260922 changes into OSS, aligned with the addons/ee architecture (finance reports under src/ee), and adopt the development branch migration system (epoch IDs, migrate/bootstrap/reconcile scripts, validate-migration-ids). Remove the legacy database/migrations folder and compose mount. Remove client-specific names and personal defaults.
