What changes are you trying to make?
Completed Assignment 2 by analyzing the arthritis inflammation dataset using Python and NumPy. The notebook includes code to read the CSV data, calculate patient-level summary statistics, and detect potential data issues.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
I learned how to read CSV files using Python, use NumPy to calculate mean, maximum, and minimum values across patient data, and create functions to process and analyze the data.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making?
I considered using Python lists and loops to perform the calculations, but NumPy provides a more efficient and concise approach for working with the dataset.
Were there any challenges?
I initially had some difficulties with the Python environment, NumPy installation, and file paths. I resolved these issues by checking the Python environment and using the correct path to the assignment data.
How were these changes tested?
I tested the functions using the provided test cases. The
