The procedures for handing off an aircraft to another ATSU, and terminating the connection with the aircraft are unclear. Needs better documentation, as well as examples from the pilots side.
Side-note: Sending LOGOFF on it's own will instruct the aircraft to terminate the connection, but appending it to another message doesn't appear to terminate the connection. Need to clarify what behaviour each aircraft has, and update the plugin/server accordingly.
