Org-wide GitHub configuration for Zenith-options, a decentralized options protocol on Stellar Soroban.
A repo named .github under an org supplies org-wide defaults that apply to every other repo unless it defines its own. This repo holds two of those:

Each repo's own README is the source of truth for its status, setup, and known gaps — this repo (and the profile page it renders) is meant to stay a short, stable pointer to them, not a duplicate of their detail.
