…enith-options#119) Consolidate all crates into one Cargo workspace with a shared [profile.release] and workspace.dependencies (soroban-sdk 21.7.7). Add cargo xtask (build, test, clippy, fmt, graph, check-imports, check-wasm, ci). Crates declare the contract wasm they contractimport! in [package.metadata.zenith] wasm-deps; xtask builds it in topological order into the shared target/. Each contract's wasm is built with its own -p invocation, and check-wasm verifies no testutils/host code is linked into release wasm. CI jobs now just call xtask, with no per-crate build chains. README build section reduced to a few commands. spec-diff check.sh supports both the old per-crate layout and the workspace. Also restores timelock/Cargo.toml, which was committed empty.
