Ownership boundary

Own the schema-derived status vocabulary. Own validated history reads and one safe task-ID boundary across types, persistence, metadata, CLI, and imports.

Dependencies

P3 can run in parallel after the legacy-data policy is set. P3-019 depends on P3-018 validation outcomes.

Coordinate machine-readable status ownership with P8 traceability metadata.

Hardened audit mapping

Add LIFE-GAP-041 / LIFE-BLK-P3-041 for cycle-safe and duplicate-safe cascade deletion traversal.

Closure requires deterministic cyclic, self-referencing, and duplicate graph fixtures. Traversal must terminate and delete the acyclic closure exactly once, or fail closed with a surfaced error.
