Own task-local context, durable child initialization, correlated approval identity, and claim-persist-ack queueing. Cover tools, tasks, providers, webviews, queues, and history.

Dependencies

P5 follows P2 on the critical path. Durable child initialization depends on P2 delegation recovery.

Approval correlation depends on P4 call identity. Task-state ownership also uses P1 generation rules.

Hardened audit mapping

• LIFE-GAP-031 / LIFE-BLK-P5-031: define restart composition between memory-only queue loss and staged pending-action replay. State whether replay can consume feedback that was never acknowledged.
• LIFE-GAP-036 / LIFE-BLK-P5-036: bind each staged pending action to task, action, and tool-call identity before approval. Reject stale or cross-task edits. Give denial, cancellation, and error the same durable settlement standard as rejected delegation. Deep-copy staged todo data.
