Changes

• Added a reusable API client for backend communication.
• Added a service layer for user-related API requests.
• Added mapper functions to transform backend responses into frontend models.
• Connected the users list to the backend API.
• Refactored user detail loading to support API-based data.
• Updated user table navigation so that only the Customer column triggers navigation.
• Moved route pages out of the components directory.
• Replaced role and permission create/edit pages with dialog-based forms.
• Performed minor code cleanup and project structure improvements.
