What Changed

Bumps the shared release package versions (apps/server, apps/desktop, apps/web, packages/contracts) from 0.0.40 to 0.0.41 after Graphite merged the upstream sync stack (#262–#273).

After this lands on main, the follow-up is to tag v0.0.41 so .github/workflows/release.yml publishes the stable GitHub Release. publish_cli stays skipped (fork policy).

Why

Stable v0.0.40 predates the 190-commit upstream catch-up plus the alignment PRs. Nightly already used 0.0.41-nightly.*; this is the matching stable.
