Summary

Add supply milestone reached notifications to the in-app activity feed so holders and the creator are notified when a key crosses a bonding curve threshold or reaches graduation.

Scope

• Milestone notification card in activity feed with key name, milestone description, and timestamp
• Graduation milestone styled distinctly with a prominent badge
• Notification links to key detail page
• Notification created for all holders of the key at time of event
• Unread badge on activity feed icon in nav

Acceptance Criteria

• Milestone notification rendered correctly with all fields
• Graduation card visually distinct from regular milestone cards
• Clicking notification navigates to correct key detail page
• Unread badge count updates correctly on new notification
• Notifications marked read when activity feed opened
