Summary

Display a prominent platform pause banner across all trading pages when the emergency pause contract is active, disabling all buy and sell actions and explaining the halt to users.

Scope

• Platform pause state fetched on app load and polled every 30 seconds
• Full-width banner on marketplace, key detail, and portfolio pages when paused
• All buy, sell, stake, and swap CTAs disabled during pause
• Banner shows pause timestamp and links to status page
• Banner dismissed automatically when platform resumes

Acceptance Criteria

• Pause state correctly fetched and cached on app load
• Banner visible on all relevant pages during active pause
• All trading CTAs disabled with correct tooltip message during pause
• Banner shows accurate pause timestamp
• Banner auto-dismisses and CTAs re-enable on resume
