Summary

Add a treasury section to the admin panel showing accumulated protocol fees, distribution history per epoch, and a trigger for initiating a new distribution to designated recipients.

Scope

• Treasury balance card showing total accumulated fees
• Distribution history table: epoch, total distributed, recipients, date
• Distribute now button opening recipient and amount configuration modal
• Distribution submits correct admin transaction
• FeeCollected events log showing per-trade fee contributions

Acceptance Criteria

• Treasury balance card shows correct accumulated fee total
• Distribution history shows all past distributions with correct amounts
• Distribute modal validates recipient amounts sum to total
• Distribution transaction submitted correctly
• Fee collection log shows recent per-trade contributions
