Implement LP position management UI for liquidity providers

Summary

Build an LP management section under the portfolio page showing all active liquidity positions, accrued rewards, and controls to add liquidity, claim rewards, or remove liquidity.

Scope

• LP positions list: key name, contributed amount, pool share %, accrued rewards
• Add liquidity modal with amount input and reward rate preview
• Claim rewards button per position
• Remove liquidity button with lock period check
• Total LP earnings summary card

Acceptance Criteria

• Positions list shows correct share percentage and accrued rewards
• Add liquidity modal validates amount against available balance
• Claim rewards submits correct transaction and updates accrued amount
• Remove liquidity blocked with countdown if lock period active
• Earnings summary aggregates correctly across all positions
