Add supply cap progress indicator on creator key detail page

Summary

Display a supply cap progress bar on the key detail page showing current supply as a percentage of the cap, with a sold-out state when the cap is reached.

Scope

• Supply cap progress bar below the price chart
• Current supply, cap, and remaining shown numerically
• Sold-out badge replacing buy button when cap reached
• Progress bar hidden for keys without a supply cap
• Refreshes every 30 seconds

Acceptance Criteria

• Progress bar shows correct current/cap ratio
• Numeric values display correctly at all supply levels
• Sold-out badge appears when supply equals cap
• Buy button correctly disabled in sold-out state
• Progress bar not rendered for unlimited keys
