Summary

Build the merge proposal voting UI on the source key detail page, allowing holders to vote approve or reject with a live tally and deadline countdown.

Scope

• Merge proposal banner on source key detail page
• Vote approve and reject buttons for qualifying holders
• Live vote tally showing current approval % vs required threshold
• Deadline countdown for the voting period
• Post-deadline outcome banner: passed, failed, or pending execution

Acceptance Criteria

• Banner visible only on keys with active merge proposal
• Vote buttons shown only to qualifying holders
• Tally updates every 30 seconds via React Query
• Countdown accurate to voting deadline
• Outcome banner shows correct result after deadline
