Add on-chain key metadata storage for name, symbol, and description

Summary

Store creator key metadata (name, symbol, description, image CID) on-chain in the key contract so it is accessible to other contracts and indexers without relying on off-chain APIs.

Scope

• Metadata stored at deployment: name, symbol, description, image_cid
• update_metadata(key_id, description, image_cid) — creator-only, name and symbol immutable
• get_metadata(key_id) — returns full metadata struct
• MetadataUpdated event emitted on update with changed fields
• Name and symbol length limits enforced at deployment

Acceptance Criteria

• Metadata stored correctly at deployment with all fields
• update_metadata restricted to creator wallet
• Name and symbol immutable after deployment
• get_metadata returns correct values before and after update
• MetadataUpdated event emitted with correct changed fields
