Add upgrade proxy pattern to creator key contract for safe migrations

Summary

Implement a proxy upgrade pattern for the creator key contract allowing the platform to deploy logic upgrades while preserving contract state, gated behind a timelock and multi-sig approval.

Scope

• Proxy contract delegating calls to current logic contract address
• upgrade_logic(new_address) — queued through timelock and multi-sig
• get_logic_address() — returns current logic contract address
• Upgrade emits LogicUpgraded event with old and new address
• Emergency freeze option to halt proxy during upgrade window

Acceptance Criteria

• Proxy correctly delegates all calls to logic contract
• upgrade_logic requires timelock delay and multi-sig approval
• State preserved correctly across logic upgrade
• LogicUpgraded event emitted with correct addresses
• Emergency freeze halts all proxy calls until lifted
