Implement vesting schedule endpoints for creator token release tracking

Summary

Build endpoints that expose vesting schedule data for creator key allocations, reading from on-chain state and caching for fast API responses.

Scope

• GET /keys/:id/vesting returns vesting config, cliff, duration, and claimable amount
• Vesting data fetched from Soroban contract and cached with 60s TTL
• Cache invalidated on VestingClaimed contract event
• Creator-only access for vesting endpoints
• Claimed history endpoint returning past claim transactions

Acceptance Criteria

• Vesting endpoint returns accurate cliff, end date, and claimable amount
• Cache invalidated correctly on claim event
• Creator-only access enforced via JWT
• Claimed history returns correct past claims with tx hashes
• Response under 200ms with valid cache

Verified the repo before applying: prisma/schema/vesting.prisma already models vesting data, and the key-balance-sync worker shows the Soroban-read + cache pattern this feature will follow — the endpoints themselves don't exist yet. I'll add GET /keys/:id/vesting (cliff, duration, claimable amount read from the contract via the existing Soroban client), a 60s-TTL cache with invalidation on VestingClaimed, creator-only access via the repo's existing JWT pattern, and the claimed-history endpoint with tx hashes. Verify: existing test suite + new integration tests, response under 200ms with a warm cache per the AC. PR bases on main.
