Build platform activity feed endpoint for homepage live event stream

Summary

Create an endpoint that returns a reverse-chronological feed of recent platform events for the homepage activity feed, covering investments, settlements, and new listings.

Scope

• GET /activity/feed returns last 20 platform events
• Event types: investment, settlement, new_listing, fully_funded
• Each event includes type, invoice ID, amount, wallet, and timestamp
• Cursor-based pagination for loading older events
• Response cached with 30s TTL and invalidated on new events

Acceptance Criteria

• Feed returns last 20 events in reverse chronological order
• All four event types included correctly
• Cursor pagination loads older events correctly
• Cache invalidated on each new platform event
• Response under 100ms with cached data
