…oint Add GET /keys/:keyId/deprecation returning status, reason, deprecatedAt, and an embedded successor key summary. Add a KEY_DEPRECATED contract event indexer that idempotently applies deprecation to CreatorProfile and notifies current holders (dedup'd per event via Redis).
