feat: enrich detailed status storage insights

Summary

• enrich okdev status --details and detailed JSON with pod IP, node placement, and mount persistence metadata
• add derived path semantics so configured sync paths show whether they are shared via workspace sync and whether they are expected to survive a session restart
• document the richer status diagnostics in the command reference and quickstart
