…olorScheme url param before applying to DOM
Update nx/blocks/permissions and nx/blocks/snapshot-admin in-place to use
nx2 utilities: import getStyle/getSvg/sl from nx2, daFetch({ url, opts })
signature, source.* namespace for DA source ops, loadIms instead of
initIms, Queue/constants from nx2. Register both blocks in NX_BLOCKS.
Migrate CSS tokens to s2/se equivalents and add dark mode light-dark()
values to snapshot.css.
