docs: cover Cursor, VS Code and Hermes Agent hooks - #23

The hooks reference is copied again from the repository, where it gained a section each for Cursor, VS Code agent mode and Hermes Agent. The Cursor and VS Code guides said an adapter for their own tools did not exist yet, and the Claude Code guide, the MCP guide and the home page pointed only at Claude Code for hooks. They now point at the new sections and carry the same limits: on Cursor a held call is refused and a result is annotated rather than withheld, and Read and Grep results are not screened; on VS Code a result is annotated rather than withheld; Hermes uses a plugin; none of the three has been checked in a live run yet.

Brings the site in line with agent-chaperone/agent-chaperone#89, which added hook support for Cursor, VS Code agent mode and Hermes Agent.
src/docs/hooks.mdis copied again withscripts/sync-docs.mjs, and--checkreports no drift. It now has a section each for Cursor, VS Code and Hermes Agent, and "Other agents" in place of "Other clients".ReadandGrepresults are not screened; on VS Code a result is annotated rather than withheld and a failed tool is not screened.
