QA: PASS (needs rebase). Covers #101. Against a real Postgres 16 with CI's settings, the datetime binding tests (14) and test_rapid_fire_invokes_all_accounted passed. A forced skip makes proof_log_gate exit 1. Conflicts with main.

QA correction: the CI billing note doesn't apply here, CI is green. Merge conflicts with main are only in gateway/tests/test_postgres_datetime_binding.py and gateway/tests/test_suite_posture_defaults.py; ci.yml merges cleanly. Still PASS once rebased.

Merged origin/main into the branch (53d46b9, merge not rebase). Conflicts: test_postgres_datetime_binding.py (duplicate db_gate import block removed), test_suite_posture_defaults.py (kept both new tests). Local (macOS, no Postgres URL): those two files → 15 passed, 5 skipped (TestPostgresTrustLoop); full gateway suite → 5276 passed, 86 skipped, 0 failed. |

QA re-run at 53d46b9: PASS. Now mergeable (the earlier test-file conflicts are resolved); CI 47/47 green, including the full gateway suite on Python 3.11–3.14.

What changed
The PostgreSQL trust regressions were still skipped. CI already had a
postgres-concurrencyjob for row-lock tests, but nothing setTEST_POSTGRES_URLorREQUIRE_POSTGRES_TESTS, soTestPostgresTrustLoopandtest_rapid_fire_invokes_all_accountednever ran.Added an isolated
postgres-trustjob in.github/workflows/ci.yml. It starts disposable Postgres 16, createsamw_trust_ci, migrates it, then runs those two tests in separate pytest processes.TEST_POSTGRES_URLandREQUIRE_POSTGRES_TESTS=1are set. If either run collects nothing or reports a skip, the job exits 1. TheCI resultcheck now depends on this job.test_postgres_datetime_binding.pyraises at import whenREQUIRE_POSTGRES_TESTS=1andTEST_POSTGRES_URLis missing, so a lost URL cannot skip the class. A unit test covers that.test_suite_posture_defaults.pypins the job, the env flags, both test targets, and the result-job dependency. Testing tiers and the proof-matrix paragraph that described a nonexistentpostgres_trustsuite now match this job.How verified (exact commands and results)

That is the intended red path on SQLite.yaml ok). The job's shell script passedbash -n. A sample JUnit file with skips exited 1; a file with 5 tests and 0 skips exited 0; a file with 0 tests exited 1.uv run --no-sync python - /tmp/pg-pass.xmlreceived argv['-', '/tmp/pg-pass.xml'].Not done / follow-ups
Docker is not available here, so the asyncpg trust loop and the concurrent accounting test were not executed against a real Postgres. The new job is what runs them.
gateway/docs/PROOF_MATRIX.mdstill says CI runs crash and row-lock cases in apostgres_permit_concurrencyjob. That job id is not in.github/workflows/ci.yml. Left as-is; it is a separate stale claim.Muse review did not finish.
muse execrejected--permission-profilebecause the local config uses--yolo(global permissions were not changed). A retry without that flag stopped at "model did not reach a terminal state within 8 step(s)".Note
Low Risk
Changes are CI wiring, test harness fixes, and documentation; no production auth or billing logic paths are modified.
Overview
Wires PostgreSQL trust regressions into the existing
postgres-proofsCI job so they cannot pass by skipping on SQLite. The job now provisions and migrates
amw_pg_accounting, runstest_rapid_fire_invokes_all_accountedunderRUN_POSTGRES_CONCURRENCY_TESTS=1, and includesproof-logs-accountingin the skip gate. Docs (PROOF_MATRIX.md,TESTING_TIERS.md) describepostgres-proofsas covering the asyncpgTestPostgresTrustLoop(TEST_POSTGRES_URL) and this concurrent-invoke accounting proof withCI_STRICT=1.test_rapid_fire_invokes_all_accountedis reworked for real Postgres: it usesrequire_live_postgresinstead of ad-hocREQUIRE_POSTGRES_TESTSchecks, runs on a session event loop with an in-test HTTP client (avoids asyncpg teardown across loops), adds a 120s timeout on the 20 parallel invokes, and uses unique tool/idempotency suffixes.test_postgres_datetime_bindingdocstring notes fail-closed behavior underCI_STRICT.test_suite_posture_defaultspins the workflow strings for both trust regressions and the accounting proof log.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 53d46b9.
