Applications open 1 August and close 29 August, and the audience is exactly the people who browse a GitHub org, so the profile page is a better fit than the website alone. Placed as a callout above the project table rather than buried in Participate, because the deadline is short, with a shorter pointer in Participate where contributors are already being invited. Phrased so the funding relationship is unambiguous: OPAQUE is the employer and funder, and the fellowship puts more hands on the open specifications. Announcing an OPAQUE-run programme from the org account without saying that would read as the open project recruiting for a vendor. Leads with the work rather than the terms. Selection is on a technical proposal, so the ten open issues labelled fellowship are the most useful thing to hand an applicant. Also fixes the licence badge, which read Apache 2.0 for the whole org. It was the one claim from the accuracy pass I left behind, since the licences are mixed: Apache 2.0, MIT, and CC BY 4.0 depending on the project.
