Julia source code for functions implementing entropy, conditional entropy, relative entropy (Kullback-Leilber drivergence) and mutual information. The paper is motivated by the paper "Information theory broadens the spectrum of molecular ecology and evolution." by W. B. Sherwin et al. (2017) https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tree.2017.09.012.

The file run_tests.sh is a bash script to run all of the examples. The results can be compared with the .csv files in examples/results/.
