Après ouverture de la PR d'inscription, le bot poste un commentaire de modération : champs mis en forme (nom, LinkedIn, site, description), photo embarquée (URL media LFS, rendue dans le commentaire), checklist de relecture, et rappel que rien n'est public avant le merge. Une grande partie était déjà couverte nativement (infos dans le diff YAML, image LFS rendue dans Files changed, merge = publication). Ce PR ajoute le confort de modération : après création de la PR d'inscription, le bot poste un commentaire avec :
media.githubusercontent.com/media/...) → rendue directement dans le commentaire ;Le script de lecture expose linkedin/website/description en sorties.
Testé : 102 tests verts, e2e des sorties, YAML valide.
