Switch back to upstream mangle-rs now that our match_fields :list:member function changes were accepted.
Lower Condition::Not (negated built-ins, new in mangle-rs 0.9.1) as row filters: negated comparisons flip their operator and CallFilter gains a negate flag. Add :list:member and :match_field check modes, and require :match_prefix names to be strictly longer than the prefix. Follow the interpreter on type errors: :string:* and :match_prefix on the wrong value types now fail. A dataflow can't abort mid-flight, so errors are emitted as a collection and reads are refused while any are live; retracting the offending fact clears them. query, snapshot_all and query_live now return Result. A failing function in a let (e.g. fn:plus on a string) panicked the timely worker thread, and the panic during guard join then aborted the process. Evaluate let expressions fallibly and route failures through the same error collection as built-in type errors, so reads fail like the interpreter while the offending fact is live.
