CI is failing after this TypeScript 6 bump. I reproduced locally on the PR branch:

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passes
• pnpm typecheck fails in @edgepush/sdk#build during tsup DTS generation with:
  error TS5101: Option 'baseUrl' is deprecated and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0. Specify compilerOption '"ignoreDeprecations": "6.0"' to silence this error.

The same SDK build passes on main with TypeScript 5.9.3, so this is introduced by the dependency bump in this PR.

A minimal local validation showed that adding this to tsconfig.base.json fixes the SDK DTS build on the PR branch:

"ignoreDeprecations": "6.0"

Please either add that compiler option or migrate away from the deprecated baseUrl usage before merging.

Separate note: the CI log also shows apps/web lacks @astrojs/check for astro check in CI. That appears pre-existing from main locally, so I am not treating it as the blocker for this dependency bump, but it should be fixed separately if CI is expected to be green.
