Gates are content checks (word count + sentence punctuation) —--strictvalidation rejects existence-only gates.piw(JSON receipts), any agent CLI can be a node runtime viacmd:, nativeprompt:nodes run through Pi.Docs + one example; no kernel changes. ruff clean, 29 tests OK.
