- Simplify nav to Home / Categories / Tags / About, fix placeholder identity/social links (name, email, GitHub + LinkedIn only)
- Add Dockerfile + docker-compose.yml for a one-command local preview (docker compose up), since local Ruby is too old for this theme
- Enable giscus for comments + emoji reactions, wired to real repo/ category IDs
- Add floating Buy Me a Coffee widget and a GitHub follow button
- Limit homepage to latest 4 posts with a "See more posts" button (overrides theme's home layout)
- Add first real post (NVIDIA Fabric Manager on air-gapped Harvester HGX H200) plus 6 posts redirecting to existing Medium articles
- Reorganize _posts/ into YYYY-MM-DD/ subfolders
- Add STRUCTURE.md and expand README with local dev + how-to-add-a-post
