OR-237: Simplify compute configuration and credential setup

Summary

• Simplify Compute: keep local hardware on its tile and use compact dialogs for Tinker, HF Jobs, Modal, Ray, and Kubernetes.
• Make credential status and replacement consistent; saves share the Environment tab, with HF permission checks and direct Tinker key validation.
• Reuse the interactive terminal for OpenResearch login and SSH-key registration; preserve existing keys and remove temporary previews.

Tracks OR-237. No version bump or release.

Verification

• UI production build, typecheck, localization and style checks; regenerated ui/dist.
• 69 UI tests and 9 dev-slot tests.
• Rust format, Clippy, locked build and tests (727 passed, 2 intentionally ignored).
• Debug and release source-build telemetry guards.
• Live Tinker, HF, Modal and Kubernetes dialogs; picker/Escape behavior; Environment link navigation.
• Four independent Claude reviewers: final round has no blockers.
• Replace provider credentials and confirm they appear in Environment.
• Exercise invalid credentials, missing HF Jobs-write permission, and verification failures.
• Complete OpenResearch login/SSH setup from a signed-out account and verify terminal retry.
• Launch representative remote jobs and verify logs/status.
