feat(uc-17): implement delete student - #70

Backend: - StudentService with findAllStudents, findStudentById, deleteStudent - UserController with GET/DELETE /users/students endpoints (admin-only) - StudentNotFoundException, StudentSummary, StudentDetail DTOs - UserRepository: findAllStudents and findStudentById queries - TeamRepository: findAllByStudentId query - UserExceptionHandler: handle StudentNotFoundException with 404 - UserControllerIntegrationTest covering all endpoints and auth cases Physical delete cascades to WARs, peer evaluations, and team memberships via ON DELETE CASCADE constraints already in the DB schema.
