Fix CI lint formatting failures

The build workflow failed on Prettier formatting, with additional Markdown lint issues exposed afterward.

• Lint fixes
  • Format the three flagged source files.
  • Correct half-width punctuation in four API documentation files.

已在提交 51fc8ab 将 CI 的 Node.js 从 16 升级到 20，解决 Markdown linter 依赖调用 os.availableParallelism() 在 Node 16 下不可用的问题。npm run ci 本地通过；修复已推送。
