Rationale for this change

The google library has moved from deprecated to "non-supported", which means our test regex no longer works. This should get CI working again.

Are these changes tested?

Expecting CI to pass.

Are there any user-facing changes?

google.api_core now emits its "non-supported Python version" FutureWarning
on 3.10, which the existing filter did not match, so test collection failed.
Widen the filter to cover every variant of the warning.

The second merge queue run passed every check (python-ci-required at 02:54 UTC, python-integration-required at 04:52 UTC). The queue had already timed out at 20:15 UTC, because the jobs waited for runners. Re-queuing should be enough. The Python 3.10 job on #4102 and other open PRs fails until this merges.

@kevinjqliu @Fokko is it possible for us to temporarily turn off the merge queue? It's been struggling to get enough runners to merge PRs in.
