NIFI-15711 Get raw commit author name if commit not tied to any GH user - #11000

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/cache@v4, dorny/paths-filter@de90cc6fb38fc0963ad72b210f1f284cd68cea36.
