Add Actor.resurrect() #1162
Description
Actor.abort() wraps aborting another run, but there's no wrapper for resurrecting one. Actor.apify_client.run(run_id).resurrect() works, but it has no token shortcut and no timeout='inherit'.
Add Actor.resurrect() mirroring RunClientAsync.resurrect():
async def resurrect(
self,
run_id: str,
*,
token: str | None = None,
build: str | None = None,
memory_mbytes: int | None = None,
timeout: timedelta | Literal['inherit'] | None = None,
max_items: int | None = None,
max_total_charge_usd: Decimal | None = None,
restart_on_error: bool | None = None,
) -> Run: ...timeout='inherit' can reuse the remaining-time logic from start() and call(). JS parity issue: apify/apify-sdk-js#765.
