The tag-triggered deployment of v0.3.12 reported success while the published documentation still showed v0.3.11.

Route v* tag pushes through a small dispatcher that starts Deploy API Docs on main using workflow_dispatch, avoiding the Pages tag deployment issue. Keep automatic deployments for documentation changes on main and manual recovery. Versioned documentation continues to be built from release tags, with next built from main.

Update the README links and deployment environment URL to https://openapi.apolloconfig.com.

Validation:

  • All 14 existing Python tests passed.
  • Workflow YAML parsing and checks for trigger configuration, dispatch target, token permission, and deployment URL passed.
  • Bash syntax validation and git diff --check passed.

The new automatic tag-to-dispatch path still needs end-to-end verification after merge.
