This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 31.1.0.

What's Changed

  • Fixed: path parameters are percent-encoded as one segment; . and .. throw AppwriteException
  • Fixed: a chunked upload with a new file ID starts uploading instead of failing on the resume lookup
  • Fixed: chunked upload resume lookups percent-encode the file ID
  • Fixed: cookie store errors no longer log cookie values
  • Updated: README adds install instructions and explains realtime client ownership

🔵 Tier A · Mergeable after minor fixes

The previously reported README Getting Started example still pins SDK 31.0.1.

SDK 31.1.0 updates request headers and percent-encodes API path parameters as individual segments. Chunked uploads now start fresh when a resume lookup returns 404, cookie-store error messages omit cookie values, and the README and changelog document the release and realtime client ownership.

### Issue 1
README.md:48-51
**Getting Started pins the previous SDK version**

The Installation examples above now use 31.1.0, but this new Getting Started step tells users to add 31.0.1. Following it pins users to the previous release, so they miss the 31.1.0 fixes documented for this update.
