This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 28.1.0.

What's Changed

• Added: createQuery on databases, documentsDB and tablesDB to send list queries in the request body
• Added: account.listMemberships
• Added: bundleId and environment on account.createPushTarget and account.updatePushTarget for APNs routing
• Fixed: OAuth2 sign-in on Windows and Linux returns through a loopback callback and creates the session; a denied sign-in throws its error instead of opening the failure URL
• Fixed: saving the OAuth2 session waits for client initialisation already in progress
