fix(turn-footer): indent the summary with padding, not spaces - #12

Two spaces line the summary up past the line's glyph on the terminal, but fall short in a proportional font. Padding is two cells on every surface.

The summary line under each answer was indented with two spaces, so it starts past the glyph of the engine's line. In a proportional font, as on the desktop app, two spaces are narrower than two cells, so the indent fell short.
