fix(ci-watch): keep a run's bar and time on its line off the terminal - #13

Each run was one long string, so on a narrow desktop row it wrapped and could leave the progress bar and its time on a line of their own. Off the terminal the name is cut and the bar and time keep their width.

Each CI run above the prompt was one long string: the label, the workflow name, the progress bar and the time. On a narrow desktop row it wrapped, and the bar and its time could end up on a line of their own.
