Same desktop fix as #5, for the session-meter pane.

  • Desktop and other non-terminal surfaces: token counts, percentages, a tool's time, the reset clock and each frame's title no longer shrink.
  • Only free text gives way: context category names, heaviest items, tool targets, the loop name and the model name beside "Requests". Off the terminal they arrive whole and the surface cuts them, instead of a character count.
  • The pace line under each limit starts in the limit label's column. Before, it was indented with three spaces, which do not line up in a proportional font.
  • In the Requests table the loop column gives way on a narrow pane, so the four number columns stay inside the frame.
  • The terminal grid is unchanged.
  • A new test draws the pane on desktop from a set state and checks that the long parts arrive whole, that the numbers and titles sit in boxes that do not shrink, and that the pace line has no space indent. It fails on the previous code.
  • Version 0.4.4.

On surfaces that draw text in a proportional font every part of a row
could shrink, so token counts, percentages, a tool's time and frame
titles could read "4..". They stay whole now; only names, targets and
labels give way, and the surface cuts them instead of a character count.
Pace lines start in the limit label's column instead of after three
spaces, and the Requests loop column gives way so the numbers fit.
