ColumnDataTypes using Date instead of Datetime

First, really appreciated for your work. I wonder if possible to use Date instead of Datetime when creating a column?

Create a new column for our partner name.

name_column = Column(name='P_date', data_type=ColumnDataTypes.Date)

Looked into this while working on #13. The push-dataset REST API's Column object only documents DateTime for temporal columns — there's no separate Date type in the schema, and the example payloads in the docs only ever use "DateTime". pbipy (a similar Power BI REST API wrapper) has an equivalent ColumnDataTypes enum and it doesn't have a Date member either, for what looks like the same reason.

So adding DATE = "Date" here would let users build a column definition the service will likely reject at request time, rather than actually fixing the underlying limitation. If you need date-only display, formatString="Short Date" on a DateTime column should get you there without a time-of-day component showing up — that might be the more useful fix if that was the original goal.

Happy to be wrong here if there's a Power BI environment where "Date" is accepted — flagging in case anyone can confirm either way.
