Refresh docs and consolidate AFK public API

Summary

• Refreshed the public docs site, landing page, navigation, examples, and reference pages for current AFK usage.
• Added new production-focused documentation for deployment, migration, performance, troubleshooting, and agent-facing skills.
• Consolidated public imports and cleaned up internal module boundaries while updating examples to match the new API surface.
• Regenerated agent skill assets and searchable docs indexes for afk-coder and afk-maintainer.

Testing

• Not run (documentation- and packaging-focused changes).
• Existing and updated tests were added alongside the code changes, but no full test suite was executed in this pass.
• Spot-checked that updated docs and examples reference public imports such as afk.agents and afk.core.
