The set id is (owner & 0x7FFFFFFF) << 32 | ~((owner >> 31) << 22 | increment): the high word holds only the low 31 bits of the owner's id, and the complement of the low word splits into a 10-bit band and a 22-bit per-owner set counter. The old markers each covered one band, so owners past 2^33 (low word FEFF....) came out 2^32 short and most of band 3 came out 2^31 short. The increment is now reported for modern sets too, instead of only for the legacy ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
