• align Forms dependencies with the AssegaiPHP 0.10.0 release line
• add the synchronization release note
• make no runtime behavior changes
• lock Validation, Collections, and Util at their published 0.10.0 releases

Validation

• composer validate --strict passed
• composer test passed: 36 tests, 91 assertions

The upstream 0.10 dependency gate is resolved and the synchronized lockfile is included.
