Make Hyper's installation instructions easier to follow after users encountered unsupported Xcode Python versions and tried running the API-only package through uvx.
Lead the main and desktop READMEs with
uvx --python 3.12 --from hypergraph-viz-viewer hyper. Then show the Python project workflow using the viewer extra, a complete three-node HIF script, anduv run explore.py. Explain package, import, and executable names; retain pip and source-build instructions in expandable sections. Align the core package README with these launch instructions.Validation: fresh uv project installed both 0.1.2 packages from public PyPI; verified uvx and project CLI version commands. Executed the documented Python example through HIF validation, save/reload, and native viewer conversion without opening a GUI.
